Many families are under huge financial pressure. Worries about rent, food, school fees and debt can quickly become overwhelming. This session will explore how money stress shows up in our bodies, emotions and relationships – and offer practical tools for coping together.

What to expect

  • A gentle introduction to how money stress affects mental health.
  • Simple budgeting ideas that can reduce day-to-day worry.
  • Space to share experiences with others facing similar challenges.
  • Tips for talking to children and teenagers about money in an age-appropriate way.

You do not need any previous knowledge about mental health to attend. The session will be practical, friendly and led by our Heritage Gardens team, with opportunities to ask questions.
